Gino if I was betting that is what I would bet on.. also many students will put these in CC then try to get the CC card company to reverse it.. sometimes the CC card company will do that. 

I also use amex for my business CC.

Yes, they can dispute the charge and then the CC company will have to open a dispute that you will have to answer to attempt to get your money.

Those CC payments must be crippling.

Shes carrying 60k in debt from student loans as well as cc bills, but she makes payments on time.

Any way you can make extra income to throw at the 40K CC before selling?
