Bridge Loan/Blanket Loan, Northwest Indiana/Chicago

Would anyone know where to start when looking for a bridge loan/ blanket loan in the northwest Indiana/Chicago area?

Portfolio consist of 2 multi family buildings(100% occupied and paid off), 1 single family home(occupied and paid off), and 1 condo( market value of $200k with a mortgage of $103k). Total equity of about $375k with only $103k in mortgages.

My only fall is that my credit score is in the low 600 since I’ve self financed the rehab cost myself through credit cards. I plan to structure some of the blanket loan/bridge loan to pay off the CC debt off and finally get my credit score back to where it should be.

Thank you all!
