What are current wholesalers experience with Cold Calling and SMS
Ive been wholesaling for about 2 years now. 2019 we did mostly cold calling and did pretty good. 2020 we shifted to PPC/FB, and SMS and saw about 3x revenue. We have seen a lot of success this year implementing new marketing channels but I want to add Cold Calling back in the arsenal for the start of 2021.
Curious to see any other wholesalers doing 4+ deals a month experience and what the feedback is for CC.
