I worked with Neal.Baily who is the voice and lead coach for all the ads and training g material but says he doesn't work for the corp.and only makes money if I make money.

You say his voice was stern and he seemed irritated, that describes 80% of the lawyers I know.You could be absolutely right that the guy was a jerk, and @Don Konipol is dead on that you need an attorney that you are comfortable with. 

I wouldn't text back anything except "please call me ASAP to discuss".You can't hear tone of voice in a text.
