-Demo kitchen cabinets-Remove all fixtures-Demo old bathroom tiling and fixtures-Have digging/tunneling prepared for sewage line replacement-Pressure wash outside of house to prep for paintWeeks 2 & 3-Complete sewage line replacement-Begin Landscaping design-Replace entire homes fascia boards-Remove popcorn ceiling textureWeek 5-Have exterior of home painted-Roof leaks should be repaired by nowWeek 7-Have new lighting and fixtures installed-Tile Flooring throughout installed-Replace drywall boards as needed-Paint interiorWeek 9-Kitchen cabinets/countertops and island installed-Bathroom tiling completed-Shower doors installed-Detail work inside-Electrical outlets upgraded-Front Door replaced-Vanities/bath fixtures installedWeek 12-Install appliances-Install Fencing where needed(using about 80% of the neighbors white pvc fence as a privacy, will match)-Paver driveway to be completedWeek 13-Stage for marketing photos and open houses-Accept offer at 110% of list priceI know this is a brief run over of the work, but any advice in planning/ executing is appreciated.

I posted that my apartment in NYC was rented ( paperwork) Four days after she moved in the ceiling fell because of roof work being done. the landlord has asked her to move out for an undetermined amount of time (2-6 weeks.) she is demanding her money back - security deposit plus last month rent .

Especially looking for sofa and upholstered chair suggestions.My own kid is going to be in the condo for a while, so there won't be monkeys hanging from the ceiling or anything (he is very responsible and has been working fulltime for a couple of years and has his own car, etc), but he won't be there forever!

My parents house has bubbling paint on the ceiling just caused by shower steam, nothing they did to cause it beyond normal use.Latex paint is more likely to bubble due to moisture and you should not use latex paint on doors or cabinets.

I am concerned the cost of remodeling may be expensive because the existing ceiling height is only 6.5 feet so we would need to lower the floor by at least a foot.

In 2014 I completed renovated the basement suite from flooring to ceiling, kitchen, furnace, bathroom, windows etc.

Replaced the furnace for a high efficiency one, ran CAT6 networking to all rooms, enlarged and replaced 4 of the basement windows, replaced the suspended ceiling for drywall, installed 11 (yes 11) interconnected smoke alarms and sprinkler in mechanical rooms, repainted basement walls, replaced one of the rooms flooring, added gravel to the 3 parking stalls (currently was dirt).
