During the seasoning period I would pay back the interst on the loan, $10,000, and after refinancing pay the private lender his full $100,000 and then move on with my 30 year fixed mortgage.Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am not sure if I am on track with this strategy or not.

Somebody thought it would be a good idea to do a major interstate toll road project and build a new stadium at the same time.

Has 9 apartments and 4 store fronts income $7600 mo. all rented now  sell price $600,000 exp. tax 600 ,mo. inc. 250  ,hydro on the 9 units around 800 , Im very intersted in this place, is this a good investment.

To me establishing those contacts is a long game.. and when I start with Dan ( my banker ) he had just started his career at first interstate.. then they got bought by Wells I followed him there.. then he went to a local regional I followed him there then he moved to a smaller local bank were he is now head loan officer over all the loan officers in the bank and on loan committee .. when I go to the bank I meet with the president or at least say hi and will go to lunch with him and the head credit officer.. 

In my mind I use the current interst este plus .5 percent and add at least 3 percent.
