Has 9 apartments and 4 store fronts income $7600 mo. all rented now  sell price $600,000 exp. tax 600 ,mo. inc. 250  ,hydro on the 9 units around 800 , Im very intersted in this place, is this a good investment. The owner wants to retire and go back to the old country.
