The location is also very convenient with the metro north train in downtown yonkers runningyou right into the nyc in the less than a hour.

Hey BP community, I'm a fix-n-flip  investor in training who's studying the business and analyzing deals before pulling the trigger on my first solo flip.

They provide plenty of training.

As an example, the stall shower we installed makes a great game closet!

By this time my eyes are pretty well-trained to analyze a property.

I have no prior real estate training, but am the product of those who have reasonable success in this arena.

I am thinking so many random thoughts/questions right now.Do you have any training yet?
