I am starting a fresh new career in investing in my area of Avon/Danvlle, IN. I have been to a large company based seminar to give me some foundation and now currently working with another real estate company for mentorship and training. I presently have a contract with a seller on a home and going through some inspections of the mechanicals and well system.
