The least expensive way to fix a sagged floor is from ceiling below and can usually be accomplished by sistering new joists to existing joists.

Problem is my fiances sister is currently living in the rental.

Today I was contacted by a sister of the male tenant that stated she has been trying to contact her brother but cannot and would like me to contact her. 

My sister in law is looking at going to graduate school at the university.

Folks that insist on letting me know their religious preferences generally just get a mental eyeroll as I really listen to what they are saying.Had a couple of sisters rent a condo from me.  

And then I used a reverse look up app to check their phone numbers and found out: The phone numbers from current landlord, previous landlord and so called sister are registered under one person... 

My sister and brother in law also live in the Houston area and I would also be willing to meet up with you in person if you’d like.
