New Investor having issues with a tenant

Hello! I am having issues with a tenant.

I was originally contacted by a social worker that asked if I can confirm the address they were at and that they have been trying to contact them. I chose to remain out of it so I did not release the address or any information to the social worker.

Today I was contacted by a sister of the male tenant that stated she has been trying to contact her brother but cannot and would like me to contact her.

I also have cameras on the exterior of the property. They start recoding when motion is detected. I looked at an old video from last night and the Sheriff office had been to their house at 10:30 at night.

I spoke to a neighbor across the street that stated the guy asked her for a ride today and that the male and female tenant had a large argument, then the female tenant left.

This is in a Class B neighborhood and is a medium term-rental currently being rented out through Airbnb. This is my first and only property (so far) so I am looking for insight on how to approach this! Thank You!
