The home reeked of all sorts of odors.

I suspect foul play and sexual deviancy will be the least of your concerns from someone that age. 

The reason:- It is low odor so easy to work with- Very thick so coverage is great plus no drips so you can paint faster- You can keep paint color on file linked to the address.

To get rid of horrible cat pee odor, you sometimes you need to rip out sub floor and drywall.

I haven't seen (or looked for) such information on the compact ones.Cedar has it's own odor and causes negative reactions in at least some people. the rest of the ideas are good, and if you add things other items such as natural insulations, not only are they ecologically friendly, but as long as you keep scented products out of them, you could advertise them as more chemically safe than other types of housing.

They claimed they would make the rest as we addressed more issues they were facing, citing ridiculous excuses such as the water in the bathroom being too hot, strange odors, etc.

Some people may find that offensive, but when that same person loses money, they often cry foul.

You could get rid of her or you can try to force her to remove the animal and clean up the smoke odor.
