Best way to look for syndications for non accredited investors?
Completing a cash out and looking to invest ~$50-100k into a syndication. Where do you recommend I look? And does it make it much harder that I'm non an accredited investor?

Moderators note: If you are a syndicator, do not respond saying you can find them a deal. Self promotion is not allowed in the forums outside the Marketplace. Don't tell people to PM you, that is also against the rules. If someone wants to talk to you, they can reach out to you.
Personal opinion: Keep in mind the purpose of accredited investor rules are to offer some level of protection for low net worth investors. People have lost their life savings investing in bad real estate deals. These deals have less government oversight, then something like a publicly traded company. People with less net worth or lower salary are seen as less sophisticated, when it comes to these types of financial investments. Some people may find that offensive, but when that same person loses money, they often cry foul. The point is if you take the risk, the result is on you good or bad.
These deals can be great investments, just be careful and do due diligence is all I am saying. Some deals go bad because of bad actors and others go bad just due to management mistakes. Don't assume just because someone was on a podcast that they are credible. Treat them the same any potential partner. Look for a verifiable track record and do background checks on the sponsors.
