Are those first calls going to be awkward?

I think when you're in this awkward middle stage you have two viable options. 1) Find  a good property manager that can handle that kind of portfolio.

Then wait...   ... and wait... it may even be a long awkward pause, but wait until they respond.

To anyone who is new at wholesaling and taking the advice to call investors and build your buyers list, you are nothing more than a telemarketer and your coach is suggesting busy work to avoid the awkward conversation that finding off-market deals is very hard.

Awkward.

At first it does make you feel a little awkward but as you receive more calls from angry callers you'll realize they don't have anything better to do.
