I own an office unit that houses my massage therapy business.

So day care, hair cutting, massages, psychic palm reading etc...are not allowed, but if they are selling stuff through eBay and needs the UPS or Fedex trucks to come pick up twice a day I don't have a problem with it.However with more and more people "subing" out rooms via Airbnb I wonder if I should add a clause in there specifically addressing it.I know many people are doing it because I use Airbnb when travelling overseas, and I often read in the ads SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS saying "...do not go to the property directly so as to confuse neighbors or property management, meet me at the designated meeting location then I'll guild you to the location quietly..."

Unlike me, I can't drive a nail straight and in retrospect that might be a good thing.I think/know that my time can be better spent in doing more productive/beneficial things that will enhance my business, so, I pay to get things done when it's warranted.Granted, there is a cost to doing business and I have baked that into my business model.

I was wanting to get back into the wholesale market, because I would like to enhance my retirement portfolio.

I've been spending the last 6 months tweaking and enhancing the Podio for Property Mgmt template.

Good appreciation potential as well, there are proposals to build the light rail through the area which would greatly enhance the value of any asset there.

Hello everyone I'm fairly new in real estate investing,my wife and I attended one of does 3 days seminar with legacy education and we are correctly both leaning the basic of investing in real state, I was reading an article on investing and some of the comments was very positive about Bigger Pockets and their free beginners investors programs, I'm hoping to find information and helpful tips that will enhance my knowledge and better understanding of the business, so that I can grow and contribute with the growing support of investors worldwide... thank you everyone in advance for all the great information you are providing throughout this media.
