I am semi-retired and before the 1980's bubble burst I should all that I had in time and have not resumed any transactions since than. I have completed 1172 in 6 years, mostly in Tampa, FL area. I was wanting to get back into the wholesale market, because I would like to enhance my retirement portfolio. In order to restart I will need some contact with RE availability and resale contacts. Where do I start?
