My advice is to find a financial planner.

I want to be a fee only fiduciary planner and help people achieve their goals in life.

Go down to the city or county planning desk and speak with a planner if you have to.

Know people in related fields so you can refer your clients to CPAs, 1031 exchangers, financial planners, attorneys that specialize in trusts, real estate law, or setting up LLCs/Corps, property managers, handymen, and everything else that you can think would be helpful.
