Wholesale Subdivision Lot Question
- I am interested in purchasing land that has a home on it that needs to be demolished and then selling the land as a subdivision lot to an investor and the buyer will demolish the home. Can someone give shed some light or give some insight on how I can sell this property to an investor?
- About the property:
- the property is completely paid off and for sale by owner
- no tax lien on property
- has electrical and plumbing
- in a neighborhood with several other homes
- the land is zoned for residential
- the land is not on a slope or hill
- the home was built in the 50's and is in terrible shape, needs to be demolished (the roof and foundation need work, the home is full of junk and has a couple of cars on the property)
