Im not saying buy everything you see but with proper due dillagence you should be making a KILLING..im only 19 with no track record or credit so i cant take advantage like other adults can so for now i have to sit on the side lines and continue to analyze "/

If he was it's amazing the school hasn't fallen down.They were nice people but they had almost adult children who seemed to pop out babies like they were PEZ dispensers, then drop them off at mom and dads to raise.

Having young adult children with their own rental leases has been eye opening how much house sense you don't have at that age or unless you've owned a home.  

I would personally give the pay quit notice addressed to all adults in unit.

Make sure you list every adult that lives in the rental in the contract.

I like to keep a ceiling fan in the master bedroom, where I presume adults will reside and have enough sense not to break :) In the other bedrooms where I presume kids or teenagers will reside, I prefer to go with a ceiling light fixture (even my own kids have broken the chain on the fan).

During a move, I get it, but she went on to say she is pretty certain at least two adults are living in the unit that are not on the lease (a clear violation of our lease).

Unwatched Toddlers, kids or very tall dogs with  French door water /ice maker on the outside (or sloppy adults period) are the only reason you need to never  go with that style.  

Even my 8 year old daughter has a Roth IRA (she did a commercial when she was 18months old), a stock account AND a 529 account...all amounting to probably more than most young adults have in their savings account.
