Updated over 9 years ago,
frequent toilet issues
Hi all!
I have a tenant who informed me after moving in that her child takes medicine to help him go to the toilet however, it causes the toilet to clog everytime which then leads to the toilet having to be rodded out because the bowel is too large to be plunged. Should I hire a plumbing company or worker that may be available immediately when it happens since I can't just leave work? Also should the tenant have to cover the charge, I'm new to this and just want to know the best way to handle this?
Thanks for your feedback!
