frequent toilet issues

Hi all!

I have a tenant who informed me after moving in that her child takes medicine to help him go to the toilet however, it causes the toilet to clog everytime which then leads to the toilet having to be rodded out because the bowel is too large to be plunged. Should I hire a plumbing company or worker that may be available immediately when it happens since I can't just leave work? Also should the tenant have to cover the charge, I'm new to this and just want to know the best way to handle this?

Thanks for your feedback!

Does your lease state who is responsible for plumbing bills if it's tenant's doings? Mine says that 30 days after lease starts, any problems due to their actions will be their responsibility. Now, I've paid for the bill up front, but added it as "additional rent" to next month's rent.

So, does the medicine cause the toilet to clog? If so, how?
Or does it cause the child to....reeeeally go and he's using tons of TP as well?
How old is the toilet? If it's older, it might be better to get the new efficient and stronger ones. That or, if the kid is using tons of TP, they need to learn to do multiple flushes.
