I would think so...many people are buying homes in bunches out there it kind of a secret gold mine people dont talk about because they dont want other investors hogging the good stuff not only detriot but any place similar desperation and depressiation are the exact formula for getting rich..if it werent for the great depression we would have no warren buffet. Im not saying buy everything you see but with proper due dillagence you should be making a KILLING..im only 19 with no track record or credit so i cant take advantage like other adults can so for now i have to sit on the side lines and continue to analyze "/
