If you want to grow as an agent, I'd highly recommend hiring out the paper-pushing as soon as you get a bit of momentum. 

How are you going to take this momentum and keep growing?

I may make "less" per deal but the momentum will pay off in the long running. 

It would be very helpful to find some investors who don't mind putting up the capital while we bring the deals to them-this to get some momentum.
