Getting Started in Columbus, OH

Hi BP Community!

My husband and I are looking to get started in real estate investing in Columbus, OH. We're mainly interested in buy and hold rental properties (single family and small multi-family). Our goal is to use the BRRRR strategy to build some momentum as we get started creating our business. We're still doing our research, but I don't want to get stuck in the paralysis by analysis so we've set 2 short term goals: 1) get an agent and start analyzing properties from the MLS and 2) attend meet-ups.

We'd love to hear from other investors in Columbus:

- which meet-ups/groups have been most beneficial to you and why?

- recommendations for an investor-friendly agent to help us get access to the MLS

Thanks in advance!

Alexa
