Hello BP family,
My partner and I are pretty much at a standstill in terms of finding funding for certain properties that we want to pursue. I would like to know, for the first timers, how did you go about finding capital for a first deal when you were brand new? I'm starting to feel like I'm being a little "too cautious" about this, when i know that we are ready. What seems to be a better route? Local banks? hard money?
