Hello! My name is David Fern and I live in Spokane, WA. I am thrilled to join the BP community.

I am new to real estate investing, and I am currently putting together my “Core 4” team and am learning to analyze deals and make offers.  I devour the BP podcasts in my free time and am learning a ton.

I am open to a partnership, and I am looking to flip (maybe BRRR), and long term hold. I am looking to also build relationships with other investors, including in my area (Spokane, WA). My short term goal is to gain enough momentum to pull away partially or entirely from my work to do this full time, and my long term goal is full income replacement via rentals and to help others along the way!
