Assistant Payment Structure
Hi Everyone,
I am curious for those of us who have assistants...have you ever explored a per transaction payment system? My thoughts are this would be a way to scale up efficiency for an assistant rather than have them sit around with nothing to do on some days for $15-$20 an hour. As of now I only am really using my assistant for transaction based work so there would be no additional work that could possibly occur outside of a transaction fee.
I am curious if other people have used this type of model. If so what did you charge per transaction? Did this become to expensive as you scaled? Is a highly motivated salaried worker the most optimal option? Let me know your thoughts!
Thanks!
