If we decide to build & operate the resort ourselves, we may have space to build upto 30-40 rooms with ample space for swimming pool, restaurant, parking, event hall.

My GF is not yet comfortable with the idea of flipping so I believe I need to wholesale a few times before she will be comfortable with me buying and flipping or buying and holding.This is exhausting and I can only hope that once I attain mastery (after 10,000 hours so 5 to 10 years) that it will not be so fatiguing to go through all this for every deal that closes and for many deals that will not end up closing.Closing date is set for 15 january and I really need to find somebody to take this deal.

s comment - you said your house is in Denton County - then you will need to file in the JP court for that district in Denton County, not Collin county.I have done the process once - it went pretty smoothly, got the tenant out same day as the court proceeding, renovated the ample damage they had done and had a new tenant in a week later.Good luck!
