- Does anyone know of any U.S. multi-family or real estate investing meetups, masterminds, or REI's that stream or record their meetings?

@Logan Carpenter - How is your mentor search coming along and have you ever thought about joining a mastermind group? 

I've helped Californians, Texans, Floridians, New Yorkers successfully do it - they are in my sub30k mastermind group on facebook (in my bio). 

Ironically, this was actually only 3 hours with this "Real Estate Master Mind".

Hi Richard and Matt, I'm interested in finding 2-6 other guys to form a mastermind with (1M+, similar to GoBundance), focused on all aspects of life, business and money included (US based, Virtual: Google Hangouts, Zoom, or FaceTime, etc).

We haven't tried reaching out for a mentor yet, but we have been offered many get rich quick real estate guru education programs for 30k buyins and promises of mastermind groups-- We all have unique experience professionally and personally, so i believe the different perspectives and character traits we carry could be a boon to someone without them.

You should also post it on the Mastermind group.

You need to be able to put yourself in a situation where you have access to more people, wether it's a meetup, mastermind, charity event, etc.
