Tips on finding a Real eastate mentor
I am a young software engineer and I am intersted in investing my money into rental properties. The market I live in is not the greatest for buy and hold properties and I’ve been looking at other markets primarily in the “blue collar belt”. Although I have developed a ton of knowledge from reading and research I would feel a lot more comfortable going into my first few deals with an experienced mentor. Any ideas or tips on how to find mentors in other states?
