I'd suggest you read The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller, also available via the Audible app.

Hey Sarah,If your interest is in a company that has a strong focus and structure on training in my experience Keller Williams is one of the best out there, they have some great courses and programs for anyone that is starting from how to lead generate to how to do a buyer/seller presentation as well.

I just got licensed and signed on with Keller Williams.

i interviewed them both three times and i am really torn between the two...KELLER WILLIAMS - everyone says KW has a lot of expenses but whenever i ask they tell me there isnt much except for $80 monthly. higher commission, cap out at 25k and then i get 100% commiss.

@jim @Jim Keller, that seems like a good way to structure deals with upgrades for new construction.  

In addition to @James Wise, I would recommend Luke Short with Keller Williams or @Isaac Rowe with Realty Trust Services.

Thanks @Jim Keller, I've been searching for "luck" in real estate through taking "massive action" that has not really panned out into anything for the past ten years.
