Hello, my name is Tiarra from Baltimore, Maryland and I am new to real estate. I'm in the Coldwell Banker course to become a real estate agent. I have been doing my research into real estate investing and myself and husband are looking into flipping houses. If anyone have any tips for us on how to get started, do's and don't's, or whatever else you feel I should know, I would gladly appreciate them. Thanks
