I'm looking for a real estate agent in the Cleveland area that has experience working with investors.  The agent I used to work with moved to Colorado.  Any recommendations?

In addition to @James Wise, I would recommend Luke Short with Keller Williams or @Isaac Rowe with Realty Trust Services. All are energetic and know the Cleveland market.
