New member and investor from Tennessee

Hey everyone,

My name is Chase Dial from Brentwood, TN. I am somewhat new to BP. I have read articles and discussions before creating a profile, liked what I saw and the amount of knowledge on every aspect of investing so I decided to create a profile. I am new to real estate investing, hence is one of the reasons for joining. I am looking to take my step into investing and get started to earn some extra money and eventually be done with the typical 9-5 grind. Right now I am looking at starting in wholesaling, then working my way into rental properties and maybe some flips along the way. I am always looking for advice, mentors and useful knowledge in the world of real estate and finances in general.
