Hi All,I'm just starting to immerse myself into the real estate investing world.

For a few months I have immersed myself in podcasts, blogs, and books, soaking up all the information I can.

Now I know that what he meant was if you immerse yourself in the subject matter and find good deals, you will eventually have the knowledge, contacts and resources to actually BUY the property and sell it retail for 100% profit rather then wholesaling and taking only a fraction of the profit.I used to make $3k to $10k on wholesales...

, and I feel like I could make a good living by immersing myself in it. 

Austin put it right, 10x-ing may just be total immersion into reading, analyzing, and research in the beginning.  

I have been immersing my self in everything to do with real estate for the last year and it has been a blast. 

We just enrolled by 3 year old at World Compass Academy (we chose the Spanish Immersion Program, but they also have Chinese-Mandarin and French).

Immerse your self in it for a minimum of 2-3 hours per day.Get your education in REI solidified first.
