Hello everyone!

My name is Brandon. I'm a 20-year-old self-starter from Orlando, Florida. I have never bought, sold, or land lorded a property, but my interest and future focus is 5+ unit multifamily properties that cash flow. My real estate goals are as follows:

[list]
Within one year - buy 1-2 properties (5-10 units)
Within two years - buy 2-4 properties (10-20 units)
within five years - possess a 100 unit real estate portfolio
within ten years - possess a 500 unit real estate portfolio
within twenty years - possess a [fully automated] 5000 unit real estate portfolio
[/list:u]

My minimum cash flow requirement is $100 per month after PITI, Maintenance, Management, Vacancies, Delinquencies, and other expenses.

I plan to accomplish these goals entirely using creative financing while I repair my credit. (I was an irresponsible 18-year-old)

Hopefully someone can tell me if these are realistic goals or if I'm speaking like a total n0ob. :D

Although I am currently based in FL, I am hoping to move to Boston, Ma and landlord property in New England, including especially Manchester, NH.

I look forward to learning as much as possible from everyone here!
