Business/ Partnership Structure...stuck

Hi All,

I'm just starting to immerse myself into the real estate investing world. So far I discovered that I want to pursue the buy and hold strategy and form an LLC as a partnership. I also want to fund my business with my full time job that i'm starting in November (graduating college in May this year) with an above average salary.

I would consider myself at the basic level of knowledge of buy and hold strategy. Is there a way I can look up more information (or book recommendations) to structure my future business as a partnership? Or structure my business in general? Should I do other type of researching? Should I just read everything I get my hands on? I don't know where to start and feel kind of stuck.

Thank You guys so much!

Joe
