@Saurabh Pahuja  I think if you own it you can donate it to a non profit but you can never get it back unless they sold it to you.

My goal is to someday have enough properties to donate to charities that help Sexual Assault Victims, especially at colleges.  

If you had a go-fund-me page to compensate for your troubles I'd probably donate because it has, and will probably help so many people who are considering the same thing.

If you want to help her that badly and you have the cash to do so, the cheapest option might be to write her a check and write it off as a charitable donation.

If you wish to be charitable you can donate extra profits to tax deductible charitable organizations.

This would completely come out of the our percentage (sponsor's), not the investors; however, the investors would get the benefit of voting on which charity we would donate to, and receive their percentage of the added tax benefit for the donation.

I'd also like to be able to donate a boat load of money to organizations that educate doctors about LD and other tick born illnesses. 

I would just get a team in there and get it empty. if you are able to sort items in the process for donation, sale, or recycling - great!
