Picked up a hoarder home

Hello all!

I recently picked up a hoarder home. The outside (and probably inside) is pretty bad and I am just looking for overall advice on cleaning up the junk.

Are there places (scrap metal recycle?) places I should contact prior to throwing everything in a dumpster?

Thanks

Time is money.  Put furniture and items that have some value on the curb with a free sign.  Put the rest in the dumpster.  Trust me you will be so overwhelmed with the volume of junk you won't care about making a few bucks off of it.
