Transferring property to Nonprofit

Hello

I want to transfer (owned by me) a residential property to a non-profit.  The non-profit intends to conduct its activities in the residence. Also the staff will use it as a residence.

- Is this doable?

- Can the nonprofit own the utilities for this property?

Please shed some light on this if you are aware of the nonprofit rules in Texas.

Thanks
Saurabh
