Then try the book stores for college text books on business law and real estate, get the 101 series, beginning texts.Next, check with a Realtor, make friends with several, but see if they have the text book they had when they went to real estate school to get their license.In the mean time, check out internet sites, especially this one (LOL) and read the forums and articles.
