New Member from Denver, CO
Hello all!! My name is James Coplin, a 22 year old graduate student. I am new to the Denver area and new to learning about real estate. Growing up, my mother played a lot of different audio CDs and a common theme in many of them was the importance of real estate investing. Being a full-time graduate is not very finance-friendly & want to be able free myself in the future through the real estate avenue. I am a sponge right now, attempting to soak up as much knowledge as I possibly can through reading the forums, articles, or any suggested books/videos. I just want to learn as much as possible before really diving in. If there are any particular books, authors, videos, etc. that anyone suggests to beginners, please feel free to list them. Hopefully, I will gain much knowledge from you all.
Thank you!

Welcome @James Coplin there is more information than you will know what to do with right here on BP! I also encourage you to checkout the meetups around town, there is a lot of free and low cost meetings that will help you grow your network.
Last note - do not buy any training or course that cost more than $200 until you have been around the business for at least a year. You will thank me later for this.
Good Luck getting all learned up!
