Have you heard about Reggie Brooks and Alexis McGee? Do they have a good program that is worth for the money?

Well, I know how but buy these properties once I find them, but I'm having trouble finding them. Your comment kind of implies that the course DID teach ways to find them. Is that correct?

 The odds of getting a reply from the prior poster are about as high as that guru wannabe ever teaching you anything of value.

I've purchased a lot of training material over the years. Some good, some great, and some failed to deliver much I didn't already know and apply.

The Reggie Brooks stuff is absolute crap! 

When I asked him at an event a question or two, it was clear he didn't know what he was talking about. 

When he spoke at the RE club, he was a wannabe motivational speaker. You can only guess what it motivated me to do with his material.
