Hello everyone! My name is Joshua Cowan, I live in Colorado Springs, Co. A little bit about myself. I'm 26 years old, I'm in the military, I currently have one year left on my contract. I'm looking to get out and start investing in real estate.

If there's one thing I did learn from the military, it's I don't want to work for people. I love being my own boss and doing things my way. That's not to say I didn't enjoy the military. It has made me grow as a person and has made me very ambitious. I've grown exponentially and learned a lot of life lessons.

Believe me when I tell you there's not a day I wake up and I'm not hungry for success.

This has been a passion of mine ever since I bought my house I'm living in now. I don't want to be a failure story. I'm not afraid of failing and in my eyes I never fail, I learn. Anyway, it was great to introduce myself and hopefully I can built some long lasting relationships with some of you on here.

Sincerely,

Josh
