Not sure if this is the same in all states or just Kansas, but like others on this site have mentioned deals are tough to come by these days so I took a chance.Well come to find out today from a different neighbor I hadn't talked to before, that the owners siblings were living in the house a year earlier (and drug addicts), but hadn't been there for a year until today when apparently they had three trucks there packing some stuff up.
