Historic Multifamily Rehab
Started the renovation of a 2 story multifamily building which was built in 1900 in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. I will post some pictures of the reno. Gutted the property. Removed old flooring. It's been def a learning experience.. Resembles one of the "Rehab addict" house.

I love old houses! Looks like a project we rehabbed in Fort Mill a couple years ago. It was a labor of love, I'll tell you.
I posted a 2-part blog about it--maybe it will inspire you to keep going when you have rough days (and you will!) during the rehab. It's worth it!
