Hit a new milestone!
I just realized I have passed the 8,000 forum post mark here on BP.
Wow, what an adventure (learning experience, deal making opportunity, making friends).
I have been a member here on Biggerpockets for just over 4 years now and can say without a doubt that my continued dedication and involvement with this site has helped propel my RE career in more ways than one.
I have said this many times before, but thank you Joshua Dorkin for creating this site, for having this vision, and for the success that has followed. I am honored and appreciative of this opportunity you have given to me and the rest of the world!

WHen I first came here roughly 6 or 7 months ago it was one of your posts that I first read and thought to myself wow this is a great site with great people and I want to be part of it!
