My couch is imitation leather.

I was thinking of finding a house to buy and renting it out to them while I sleep on the couch.

I would tack on a rental increase into the new lease agreement. mic he is up for that then I would do the remodel if not then no remodel. 

If you’re a super go getter you can rent all the rooms, put a curtain up in the living room and live on the couch haha.

Almost the same thing except your hands on, getting paid, and not sitting on the couch.

It's not worth it to crash on the couch every night.

I don't care if they sleep in the bedroom, the couch, or the garage so long as they pay the rent on time and don't trash the unit. 

If you want to be successful in this market with STR's you need to have nice looking homes, picking up the flea market floral couch that's been passed through 3 generations isn't going to cut it anymore in most places.

I myself, I am great with numbers, projections, politics, analysis, strategy design, development and deployment, all that stuff, and absolute Horse Sh#t when it comes to coordinating what pillow to what couch to what window treatments.

(I think I could hear the sound of a mic dropping afterwards…)
