I wouldn't want to do a tenant placement myself, certainly not yet unless I had a lot of properties to setup my own company for that, there seems to be a lot of potential liability there related to discrimination accusations, etc and I would prefer to not answer a bunch of questions as the owner, I would rather have someone else do that who is less attached to the property.

I question if the defender of the perceived meek (which I am not sure there are anyone that felt bullied in this thread) has become as big a bully as the accused bully (which I am not sure there is a bully in this thread).

If you have a PM they will be brought forth as a witness but only an attorney can represent you.

To be honest, they cause the same wear and tear and you don't want to be accused of fair housing laws (family status). 

As awful as the accusations are, I don't think we have the ability to break the lease with him until the terms are broken.
