FL eviction process

Hey there. Got a tenant who needs eviction after his second month. Long story short he cheated on his GF who basically paid everything now he will not pay or move. He is 18 days late on rent. Notice per law was posted on his door 7 days ago and it was photographed on his door after knocking per law.  I gave him 3 days extra versus the 3 as he promised in text to pay or be out. He did neither of course.

Can someone please send a good and affordable attorney? How does this work in FL and what is cost for someone who did it recent? Does the landlord have to be present in court to testify? I need to do it from out of state. I can send proof, lease, rent ledger etc.  Also he stole all the belongings of his ex girlfriend etc. She will be willing to testify against him. Just very unfortunate situation for all and I do not think these younger tenants understand the permanancy of eviction.

If I need to be present by state law, would a property manager be able to represent me in my abscence if my attorney there?
