property manager vs rentredi

I am newish to out of state investing. I have one duplex in Alaska and I have a property manager there and our relationship is phenomenal. I am now investing in Oklahoma City. I have one property under contract in Oklahoma City. I want to know recommendation of starting in a new state should I go with a property manager or people in the Oklahoma City area that are investors have you used rentredi, and what have your experiences been with rentredi? Thank you for your time

    @John D. Brown I don't think rentredi and property manager is mutually exclusive. You can work with a property manager that uses RendRedi :) 

    We work with a lot of real estate investors that provide us with intel on who the top property managers are. I'm happy to provide some unbiased feedback if you need it.
